Fig has just come in. He is a two year old Doberman (likely cross) and a HUGE boy. He did need to loose a few pounds and he has done really well having dropped 4 kg.

Although strong on lead he does use a halti and walks well on it. He is said to have a sensitive tummy so in on a specific food. We were told he was very food orientated but we have fond this to be more cuddle orientated. He has lived with both large breed dogs and cats. Although said to be good around children he is very much a bull in a china shop and would likely flatten them as he does tend to jump up.

He is used to having lots of company and this would need to continue in a new home, alongside training to get him to feel more relaxed on his own. He just loves to be with his humans. He can easily reach work tops as well as opening doors. He loves to pick ‘everything’ up and proudly parade his continuous stream of findings around. Fig has so much potential but it will take him time to learn how to be well behaved in a home. If you feel you would be in a position to offer Fig a home he deserves please complete and return an application form.
